Alright. So, I talked this over with Ale, Mygeto, MTDM, Addict, neko, and Oat. They all liked it (well, Oat was mainly just trolling.)
This IRC activity is a series of fun mini-games mostly based on luck. Basically, it starts off with (ideally) eight to ten people. The mini-games will only be played once each. Each mini-game will eliminate a certain number of players. Mini-games will be played until one player remains. Since I'm horrible at wording things, here's an example.
Players A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H begin a game.
Mini-game 1 is played.
Mini-game 1 ends. Players F and G failed to complete the task and/or were eliminated. They are out.
Players A, B, C, D, E, and H advance.
Mini-game 2 is played.
Mini-game 2 ends. Player C failed to complete the task and/or was eliminated. They are out.
Players A, B, D, E, and H advance.
Mini-game 3 is played.
Mini-game 3 ends. Players A, D, and H failed to complete the task and/or were eliminated. They are out.
Players B and E are in the finals.
Mini-game 4 is played.
Mini-game 4 ends. Player E wins.
And what exactly are these mini-games? There's a variety of them. Here's some of the ones we played.
- 21: Going down the list alphabetically, everyone will have to add "1" or "2" to the total number. The person who reaches 21 exactly will get to eliminate someone of their choice. If they go over 21, they are eliminated.

- Alphabet Soup: I will post the letters if the alphabet in order. Except three or four of the letters aren't in the list. The first person to list the missing letters gets to eliminate someone of their choice.
- Character Count: I will post a sentence. The first person to post the correct amount of characters in the sentence (excluding spaces and punctuation marks) wins the mini-game and can choose one person to eliminate (this one is commonly used for the final two).
- Hot Potato: Someone will receive the potato first. They will have to pass it to someone, who will have to pass it to someone else, and this will continue for 30 seconds. At the end of the 30 seconds, whoever has the potato is eliminated.

- House Bomb: There are three (or four) houses. One of the houses has a bomb. You will PM me which house you would like to stay in. The house with the bomb blows up. Everyone in that house is eliminated.
- Killers: You are assigned a target. You have three options. You can: (A) Kill your target. (B) Protect yourself. (C) Kill someone else's target. If you are killed, obviously, you are eliminated. Guarding yourself only protects you from one attack; if you end up being attacked by two people at once, you will still die.
- Musical "Chairs": There are a certain number of chairs, which are numbered. I will begin to post the lyrics of a song. At some point, I will yell, "STOP!" You will have to post a number from 1-X, X being one less than the amount of total players (if there were 8 players, there would only be 7 options.) The person without a "chair" is eliminated. If two or more people post the same number, the person who posted it first gets to sit, and the other(s) must find a chair.
- Odd or Even: You will PM me a number from 1-8 and the choose between "odd" or "even". If all of the numbers PMed to me add up to an odd number, everyone who chose "even" is eliminated. If all of the numbers PMed to me add up to an even number, everyone who chose "odd" is eliminated.
- Reaction Time: I will post a series of blank posts, until at some point, I will say a random word. You will have to type that word out as quickly as you can. The last person to type it out is eliminated.
- Safety: Each person will PM me the name of someone they would like to "save." They cannot "save" themselves. Anyone that is not "saved" is eliminated.
- Swap the Letter: I will post a four-letter starting word. Going down the list alphabetically, the next person will have ten seconds to switch one letter of the word with another letter to create a new word. Then the next person will have to switch a letter, and so on. It doesn't have to be the same letter. This continues until someone exceeds the ten second time limit, repeats a word, or is unable to create a new word (in this case, we start over).
- Voting Gamble: Everyone will PM me the name of a player (they can choose themselves). The player with the most votes will either be eliminated, or will be able to eliminate a person of their choice. In the case of a tie, both will be eliminated.
- Who Said That?: Everyone playing will be kicked (they MUST return.) I will say a quote that was previously said in the game by an eliminated contestant. The remaining contestants need to guess who said it. Only one guess per person. The first person to guess correctly can eliminate someone of their choice.

Do you guys like this? It could be an official activity that I can host weekly. Not to mention that anyone could host this for fun on any given day.
