This is my very first blog log and I hope some people could respond to this. Alright, here goes nothing.
The season of summer is supposedly one of the most active times on this wiki as far as I know. What used to be known as a bustling downtown business district has now been acknowledged as a silent neighborhood without nothing better to do. A lot of the large projects have been happening around or during that time i.e. admin elections, president elections, shipping features, userboxes, the summer wiki-fest, and much more have been added to this wiki. Some admins such as Nalyd Renrut, Webkinz Mania, Freehugs41, Juan Jose Rodriguez, BBhinton15, and Zakkoroen have raised their editcount to about fifty edits daily during the summer. However, during the seasons of Fall and Winter, their amount of edits, (excluding Zakkoroen of couse), have been dropped to about fifteen to twenty. During this time of the year, the only actual major current events are the roleplay and the quiz bowl. I believe that this wiki was in troublesome times during those days as vandalism has struck TDW page by page and the users, who were desperately in need of admins, decided to face this problem by starting up an election and clean up the pages that were riddled with vandals. There is barely anything to do here as of now, there is a possible way to bring in new ideas.
Now I'm not trying to convince anyone to elect me as admin or anything, as I still believe I need to contribute more and become more active. All I'm doing is reasoning with the users about changes here and how we can improve on this wiki and become as active as we did in the summer.
