It's hard to imagine, but it's been three years since I started the Total Drama Minecraft project.
Which program(s) do I use to make skins?
I use a specialty program called MCSkin3D to create skins. Technically, any bitmap image editor (e.g. Photoshop, GIMP, Paint.net, etc; I don't recommend using MS Paint due to its lack of support for transparency and layers) can be used; however, MCSkin3D provides a real time skin rendering. To create the renders you see on the wiki, I use a program called Minecraft Skin Viewer.
How many skins are there now?
On the wiki, a little over 300. On my DeviantArt account, that number probably comes close to between fivefold or sixfold (maybe more; I haven't kept an accurate count) of what's on the wiki. There, I have several sub-projects, including outfit swaps (of which accounts for over 1,200 skins), genderbends, and color swapping.
Besides Total Drama, have I made skins based on other series?
Of course! I have made skins based on Fresh TV's other properties, 6teen, Stoked, and Grojband. I've also made some one-off skins for Sailor Moon and Totally Spies.
When will the project end?
As I stated in my first TD Minecraft anniversary blog, I don't know when I'll end the project.
For those who supported me, I thank you. For questions I haven't addressed here or on my other blog, feel free to leave a comment here or message me on my wall; however, please keep criticism constructive.
