Notice: This is a suggestion - not a new rule.

Lately, I've noticed several blog comment replies saying something like "You need to make blog comments longer." These comments are really starting to annoy me for two reasons.

  1. Do they really have to be under every single blog comment that you see that you think breaks the blog comment rule? As of what I've seen, it sure seems like it.
  2. Several of the comments that people say need to be longer are actually the right length. The rule is 3 words or more, so why would it make since to post it under a comment that is 5 words long? I've seen it may times, and then someone has to remind them about that they made it the right length.

So basically, I don't think it is that big of a deal, unless it seems to be obnoxious problem that happens to the same user several times in a row. While it is just my opinion, you may want to think about it. --Codyfan12 It's a matter of Time, Persistance and Humiliation! 20:42, October 10, 2010 (UTC)
