Availability

Netflix

On Netflix, Total Drama All-Stars contained unedited dialogue and full screen, 16:9 aspect ratio. In November 2020, Netflix's global rights to the show were set to expire, resulting in it no longer being available on the platform. Netflix later confirmed that the show would be staying on for a little longer. However, in February 2021, all seasons of Total Drama were removed from Netflix in some regions, though it remained available in the United States and Canada.

Trivia

  • The first two contestants introduced are the season's finalists. Similarly, the first two generation one contestants introduced are the last two from the first generation remaining in the season.
  • This is currently the only season featuring returning cast members where a previous event did not decide on the participants.
  • This is the first season not to have some sort of appearance of a contestant that was already eliminated this season, other than the finale.
  • This is the currently the only season not to feature on-screen nudity of any sort.
  • Excluding specials, this season featured the one-hundredth episode of the Total Drama series, "Zeek and Ye Shall Find."
    • If the specials are included, then the one hundredth episode would had been "Suckers Punched."
  • Among the original contestants participating, there are five females and two males. This is the reverse for the second generation contestants, with five males and two females participating.
  • With the exception of Sam, every contestant from this season has made it to the merge at least once.
  • This is the first season in which no contestants return to compete after being previously eliminated. This will later happen again in Total Drama: Pahkitew Island and Total Drama Island (2023).
  • This is the first season to premiere in the United States before Canada.
  • Originally, Owen, Cody, Brick, and Anne Maria were supposed to compete this season, but were cut from the final version, with Brick being replaced by Sam and Anne Maria being replaced by Gwen.
  • This is the first season to never be edited by Cartoon Network.
  • This is the first season featuring the original contestants where a former Screaming Gopher is not one of the finalists.
  • This is the only season featuring the original contestants not to have any male Screaming Gophers competing.
  • This is also the only season where more former Killer Bass make the merge than former Screaming Gophers.
  • This is the first season not to have the same team winning the first two challenges.
    • This is also the first season which doesn't have a team winning more than two episodes in a row.
  • Gwen and Courtney have advanced further than they did in Total Drama World Tour.
  • Mike, Scott, and Zoey have advanced further than in Total Drama: Revenge of the Island.
  • This is the first and only season to feature Alex House, who replaced Marco Grazzini as Alejandro.
  • This is the first season where a contestant finishes in the same ranking as their previous season, as Lindsay came in fourteenth in both Total Drama World Tour and this season.
  • This is the first and only season where Duncan is not the highest-ranking former Killer Bass member in the season and the first time he didn't make it to the final five.
  • This is the first season where Courtney makes it farther than Duncan.
  • This is the first season where the final four consists of two people from both teams.
  • This is the first season since Total Drama Action where the winner is the same in both Canada and the United States.
    • This is the third and final season where the winner is the same in both Canada and the United States. The first was Owen in Total Drama Island, and the second was Duncan in Total Drama Action.

  • This is the first season in which Chef Hatchet is never seen crossdressing, the second being Total Drama Island (2023).
  • Because two years are indicated to have passed since Total Drama Island began, the first generation cast are all 18 now and the second one 17 (in "Heroes vs. Villains", Chris states it's been a year since "Brain vs. Brawn: The Ultimate Showdown"), which makes All Stars the first season to have adults competing in it and none of the contestants are 16.
  • According to Julie Giles, neither she or other employees of Fresh TV consider this season "their best work".
  • This is the currently the latest season to feature a male winner in Canada. In Total Drama: Pahkitew Island, Sky becomes the show's first female winner in Canada. Counting Total Drama Presents: The Ridonculous Race, the Police Cadets were the winners of the spin-off in Canada. In Total Drama Island, Priya would be the sole winner of the reboot.
  • This is the last season from the shows original run to air in syndication on Cartoon Network Australia. The season was repeated every night over and over with one episode airing around 1:25am from 2016 until mid 2018.
