The first contestant to take the Hurl of Shame is Staci in Bigger! Badder! Brutal-er! after she is eliminated from the competition for annoying her team with her lies.

The second contestant is Dakota in Truth or Laser Shark. She is voted out for being too distracted with her paparazzi and wasting time posing for pictures during the challenge. At the Hurl of Shame, Chris asks if she has any last words. This question turns out to be rhetorical, as he hurls her before she has the chance to say anything.

B takes the Hurl of Shame in Ice Ice Baby. Chris mockingly asks him for any last words, hoping that he will finally speak. B opens his mouth to do so, but Chris hurls him before he has the chance to take advantage of the opportunity, and the last thing heard from him is his screaming.

In Finders Creepers, Brick offers to sacrifice himself for not following the cadet code. Chris can't eliminate anyone, however, because Chef is missing thanks to Izzy. Dakota, the intern that returned last episode, is Chris's next choice to hurl, just for the sake of hurling someone every day. Unlike every other elimination, he says Dakota is welcome to come back if she can swim all the way back to camp.

After her elimination in Backstabbers Ahoy!, Dawn attempts to say that Scott is the traitor on her team who was throwing all the challenges and had framed her by stealing everyone's belongings. Before the team can find out who she is talking about, Chef throws her into a bag and Chris sends her flying.

In Runaway Model, Sam is eliminated and has to take the Hurl of Shame. Before he is launched off the island, Dakota runs up to him and admits that she will miss him before giving him her phone number. Right after that, the phone number ends up back in Dakota's hands after Sam is launched off the island and drops the paper.

In A Mine Is a Terrible Thing to Waste, Brick is eliminated and has to take the Hurl of Shame. Before he is launched, Anne Maria runs up and gets into the catapult with him. She quits the competition after she gets a large diamond from Ezekiel and thinks that it is worth more than the million. Chris reveals that the diamond is actually cubic zirconia, meaning that it is worthless. Anne Maria changes her mind, but Chris launches her and Brick before she climbs off.

In The Treasure Island of Dr. McLean, Dakota takes the Hurl of Shame for the third and last time while she makes out with Sam. This time, she has mutated into a monster. She continues to make out with him until they are hurled.

In Grand Chef Auto, Mike is chosen by Scott to be eliminated. Mike becomes the first contestant to be eliminated after the merge and takes the Hurl of Shame. He and Zoey keep their relationship strong before he leaves, almost sharing their first kiss until Mike is hurled.

In Up, Up And Away In My Pitiful Balloon, Jo is the next to take the Hurl of Shame. She is angered by her loss and vows to get back at Lightning for voting her out. Chris then hurls her off the island.

In Eat, Puke and Be Wary, Scott is voted out and becomes the next contestant to take the Hurl of Shame. Before Scott is hurled, Chris brings out Scott's nemesis, Fang. He hops in with Scott and the two are hurled off as Scott screams.

In The Enchanted Franken-Forest, Lightning chooses Zoey over Cameron to take the Hurl of Shame, making Zoey the final person to take the Hurl of Shame. This is the last time that the Hurl of Shame is seen in this season.
