In Total Drama: Revenge of the Island, both Cameron and Zoey are placed on the Mutant Maggots, where they quickly become good friends. They become even closer when Cameron tries to help strengthen Zoey's relationship with Mike. In the end, she decides that their friendship is more important to her than the prize, and they remain friends, despite Zoey's elimination as a result.
In Total Drama All-Stars, the two of them, along with Mike, are initially placed on the same team again, with their interactions subsiding slightly. Towards the end, Cameron finally (albeit accidentally) reveals Mike's multiple personality disorder to Zoey, helping her to finally realize what really happened with Mike.

Their doubts in each other continues even as they try to get the flower from Larry the giant Venus Flytrap. At one point, Zoey fends off a furious Lightning when he attempts to attack Cameron, calling him "steak-for-brains". Cameron and Zoey work together during the regatta, along with Duncan and Scott (who hijaked their regatta). During the episode, Zoey wonders if Mike is really himself, or his evil personality, Mal. Cameron reminds her that she needs to be in danger to bring Mike back. This gives Zoey an idea, and despite Cameron being against it, she jumps into piranha-infested waters.
