Beth, labeled The Wannabe, was a camper on Total Drama Island as a member of the Screaming Gophers. She was a cast member and the runner-up of Total Drama Action, and was a member of the Killer Grips. She did not compete on Total Drama World Tour, though she appears on the Total Drama World Tour Aftermath as a commentator. She was seen with the original contestants on a yacht in the first episode of Total Drama: Revenge of the Island.

Beth was born and raised on a farm and loves her parents. Since the closest thing to another child around her was her pet pig, she never really developed any social skills. She does anything for attention, but she often receives it from doing something very embarrassing. Her naive and trusting personality combined with her clueless nature is why she was picked for Total Drama Island. At times she tends not to be very independent, which led her to be manipulated by Heather or Justin many times. However, over time, Beth learns to stand up for herself.

In Not So Happy Campers - Part 1, Beth arrives first to the island, extremely excited to be there. She then states that Chris McLean looks a lot shorter in real life rather than on television. She introduces herself to Heather when she arrives and tells her that they are her new friends. She is placed on the Screaming Gophers and later asks Chef if they will be getting all the major food groups during their stay in camp, much to his annoyance.

In Not So Happy Campers - Part 2, Beth refused to jump off the cliff because she was too scared and was forced to wear the chicken hat. However, this does not hurt her team, as she is the only one on her team to not jump and they still win the challenge. She is seen cheering with Heather and Lindsay when the Gophers get their first win.

In The Big Sleep, Heather tricked Beth into an alliance by saying that they (along with Lindsay) would make it into the final three if they ally with her. Being completely oblivious that they were only being used to get Heather further in the game, Beth and Lindsay both agree to the alliance. Beth fell asleep around the same time as Lindsay.

In Dodgebrawl, Beth has no lines. Heather informs Beth and Lindsay about the alliance rules at breakfast that morning, threatening them that if they don't follow her rules, they will be voted off. For the challenge, Beth plays in the second round of dodge-ball and does not get out. Beth also plays in the third and fourth rounds, but is eliminated by Duncan's "Crush the New Guy" strategy. She lastly participates in the final round at one point, though it's not shown when. She votes out Noah when her team loses and he is eliminated.

In Not Quite Famous, Heather has Beth, Lindsay, and she be the judges for the talent show auditions so that she could easily get in. Beth auditions for the show by twirling fire batons. Heather asks if it's safe, and Beth responds by telling her that she's been practicing. She then throws them into the air and runs before they hit the ground, admitting that she missed the catching class. She does not go into the show. When Heather reads Gwen's diary, Beth does not seem surprised, implying she may have known about it beforehand. When her team loses, Beth votes for Justin with her alliance, and he is eliminated.

In The Sucky Outdoors, Beth did not play an important role. She helped put together the tent and was also terrified of the "bear" when it came, clinging to Lindsay. Beth also did not receive any lines throughout the episode.

In Phobia Factor, she reveals her fear of being covered in bugs to the other campers. The challenge then required Beth to face her fear and dive into an inflatable pool filled with worms. When Beth saw her challenge, she simply shrugged it off and easily dived straight in. Chris commented that Beth set the bar way high.

In Up the Creek, Beth (who was in the bathroom) did not hear Chris' instructions that she would be cursed if she took anything from Boney Island. When she asked him what she missed, he simply told her, "canoes.” Beth shares a canoe with Trent and Lindsay on the way to Boney Island, though she does most of the work, as Lindsay was flirting with Trent. At the island, Beth took a haunted tiki idol carving out of a bush, cursing her team. Beth rides with Lindsay and Cody on the way back to camp.

In Paintball Deer Hunter, tensions between Heather and Beth come to a climax when Beth reveals in the confessional stall that she is feeling frustrated by Heather's constant and unreasonable demands, such as demanding her shower be warmed and having her put lotion on her "scaly back." Later, the teams are divided into deer and hunters; Beth and Lindsay are among the hunters, and Heather is among the deer. When they meet up Heather for an alliance meeting, she orders Beth to bring her some potato chips from the mess hall, instead of focusing on the actual challenge. Beth does so, while trying to avoid being spotted by Chef Hatchet. While she did this, she reflected on why she took such a crazy risk, with the potential of being caught by the "psycho Chef,” and realizes she was putting her life on the line for someone she never even liked. Beth defiantly begins eating the chips, and when she gets to Heather, the chips are almost gone. These chips, in addition, are not even the kind Heather wanted. Heather demands that she brings her more, but Beth refuses. She then shoots Heather with her paintball gun, officially ending their alliance. Afterwords, she befriends Leshawna. At the elimination ceremony that night, Cody is eliminated thanks to Beth's curse. Because of his wheelchair, Beth volunteers to take him to the Boat of Losers. At the dock, she kisses Cody goodbye on the cheek and tells him to take care (this pushes him down into the water).

In If You Can't Take The Heat..., Heather has Beth work with Leshawna cutting pineapple for the cooking challenge. Beth again gets bossed around by Heather, but does not stick up for herself like she did in the previous episode. Instead, Leshawna comes to her defense and, together with Lindsay, locks Heather in the fridge. Later, when her team loses the challenge, Lindsay rescues a furious Heather from the fridge. She begins to yell at Beth and the other Gophers about their loss. Heather then notices the tiki idol on the table where Beth had put it. After asking about it, Beth accidentally reveals that she took the idol which brought a curse, and was the reason behind the team's losing streak. That night at the Bonfire Ceremony, Beth is eliminated, becoming the final victim of her own curse. She sadly walks away, getting laughed at by a mocking Heather.

She says she would return the tiki doll to Boney Island, but in Trial by Tri-Armed Triathlon, it is revealed that Beth broke the tiki doll in pieces and flushed it down the septic tank.

Beth reappears in Haute Camp-ture, at Playa Des Losers, where she is enjoying a facial with the Shark's. When asked about Heather, Beth says that telling her off was the best moment of her life. Later, when the eliminated contestants gather around the pool, Beth says that she wants Owen to win.

In the finale, Beth has no lines, but supports Owen with the majority of the contestants. She is seen congratulating him when he won. In the alternate ending, Beth is seen comforting Lindsay about Owen's loss.

In the reunion special, Beth became best friends with Lindsay, as they spend much of their time at Playa Des Losers together. She teams up with Lindsay and Ezekiel (so long as he is not sexist towards them) to find the suitcase with one million dollars inside it. They are the first team to find the case, but since Beth and Lindsay are talking, and not listening to Ezekiel, they walk right by it. Later on, they find the case floating down the river. It is quickly stolen from them by Duncan and Courtney, leaving Beth, Lindsay, and Ezekiel to be chased away by an alligator. They are next seen leaving the washroom, where the case bounces up to them. Justin then lands next to Lindsay (covering Beth and Ezekiel with his parachute in the process). He is easily able to convince her to give him the case. When Beth is next shown, she is outside of the parachute and chasing the case to the dock with Lindsay. Both girls are knocked into the water, and qualify for Total Drama Action.

Total Drama Action Edit

In Monster Cash, Beth returned to the show with her braces removed causing several fellow contestants to tell her how great she looked. Justin called her "As hot as ever,” but was speaking to his own reflection in Beth's teeth, though Beth seems convinced that the compliment was meant for herself. Beth and Lindsay seem closer than ever, especially in Beth's case, as she was very excited to reunite with Lindsay. During the first challenge, Beth followed Justin until his capture at the hands of the Monster. She later appears when Lindsay gets captured saying that she will miss her, though Beth is captured soon after. At the end of the episode, Beth is seen bunking with Lindsay.

In Alien Resurr-eggtion, the contestants try to find out what strange noises were on the alien's spaceship. The other contestants showed signs of being too afraid to see what the noises were, so Beth stepped up to investigate, saying that she didn't survive eight years of braces, headgear, and spitting for nothing (she found that the noises were just Geoff and Bridgette kissing nearby). When the contestants are sent to look for alien eggs Beth goes in a group with Justin, Lindsay, and Leshawna. They are later eliminated from the challenge when the room they are in becomes covered in slime. Beth also reveals in this episode that her dream is to marry Justin, even though revealing in episodes later that she has a boyfriend.

In Riot On Set, Beth is selected by Trent to be a part of the Killer Grips, though, after hearing what their team name was called, she is unhappy saying that she doesn't want to be a Grip. Beth helps her team carry their supplies up the hill and cheered on Owen when he assisted by lifting up their trailer. Beth helped her team in the acting portion of the challenge by working the lighting. In the end, her team lost when Duncan gave a powerful performance that broke Chef in tears. At the award ceremony, Beth gets the first award and Izzy is eliminated.

In Beach Blanket Bogus, at breakfeast Lindsay offers Justin bacon, and Beth offers Justin facon (tofu bacon substitute), claiming it was good for his body. Lindsay then says that bacon is good for his hair. At hearing this, Beth jumps up and wraps herself around Justin's head exclaiming that she loves his hair. During the surfboard challenge, she calls Lindsay "tanorexic" while in a discussion about who is preferred by Justin, but quickly apologizes. During Justin's turn, when Chris was going to launch seagulls at Justin, Beth yelled out for him to watch his beautiful face. During this episode, Beth starts giving out friendship bracelets to her team, but is too shy to give one to Justin. During the sandcastle challenge, Beth shows the team how resourceful she is and manages to win them the challenge. Later that night, the Killer Grips are at the beach shore when Justin comes up and apologizes to Beth for losing the surfing challenge, and thanked her for winning the sandcastle challenge. Justin points out how Beth never gave him a friendship bracelet, and asked if he and she were friends. Beth pulls out one last one, and says it's sweaty, but Justin says it's nice. The two look at each other with romantic eyes, though Justin says in the confessional that he's willing to do whatever it takes to win, and implied that he was going to ask if Beth wanted to be in an alliance with him.

In 3:10 to Crazytown, it is revealed that Justin told Beth that she looked like a horse. She originally took it as a compliment, though when she's in the confessional she seems to figure out what it really means. In the first part of the challenge Lindsay asks Beth that if she dies that Beth wouldn't let Heather have her hair which Beth agrees to (but not before asking if she could have it herself). They both safely land on the Horse. Later, when Gwen is accused by Justin of cheating, Beth is particularly disturbed by this news. She looks at Gwen with puppy dog eyes to find out the truth. She says she views Gwen as a friend, and didn't think Gwen would cheat against her friends. Gwen tells the Killer Grips (with Trent absent) the truth, that Trent threw challenges to help her get further in the competition, but betrays Trent by telling them to vote him off.

In The Chefshank Redemption, Beth reminded Gwen to throw the challenge for the Grips. She also accidentally dropped her retainer into Gwen's meal for the reward challenge. After Gwen spit it out, it made Lindsay throw up, losing that challenge for Beth's team. Gwen was able to throw the next part of the challenge successfully and was voted off.

In One Flu Over the Cuckoos, Beth is shown studying with Justin at the beginning of the episode. He convinces her to read the book to him after he removed his shirt for her. Despite being distracted by Justin, Beth seemed to be one of the most knowledgeable castmates during the challenge. She was also one of the victims of the 'disease'. She spent what she, and several others thought to be their final hours, attempting to get a kiss from Justin.

Beth revealed in The Sand Witch Project that she is unable to scream. She explained that a doctor had dropped an earring in Beth's throat while performing her tonsillectomy. When the team tries to decide who will play the role of the killer in the first part of the challenge, Lindsay forces them to choose Beth since she cannot play the role of the screamer. Beth tries her best, but still made an unconvincing killer. After the team loses the challenge, altogether, Lindsay wondered why the team would vote her off, as she was in the bottom two. Beth told her that she was becoming bossy.

Masters of Disasters is the first episode where Beth claims that she has a boyfriend named Brady, whom she met during the two day time span between the this and last season. She claims to have met him at the orthodontist while she was getting her braces off. Beth also says that Brady is a model. The rest of the contestants almost immediately begin to doubt his existence, especially as she continues to bring him up constantly throughout the rest of the episode, telling stories about how great he is.

In Full Metal Drama, Beth, along with Lindsay, begins to resist Justin's charm. She is also one of the main leaders of the team, as she helps Lindsay with her ideas and plans for the team. Justin manages to sway both her and Lindsay's votes at the end of the episode, which leads to Izzy's elimination. Plus, Lindsay stated that if she got voted off, she will blame Beth for it since she had to blame somebody.

Beth becomes fearful of Owen's consumption habits, in Ocean's Eight - Or Nine, now that his jaw has been un-wired. She and the Grips participate in the bank vault challenge, wondering how they are going to get him out. As Owen complains about how hungry he becomes, Beth pulls out an elixir called Desperado, a potent liquid that smells like roast chicken, which no man can resist. This smell gets Owen to break out on his own, though that smell makes Owen even hungrier throughout the challenges. Owen gets so hungry, he begins to imagine Beth, Justin, and Lindsay as food items (namely, Beth as a drumstick and/or ice cream cone). It gets to a point of being unbearable, so Beth rewires his jaw with one of her spare hair elastics. After Courtney's arrival, she begins to take charge of the Grips telling them to "mush" to get to the finish line of the third challenge. This gets Beth mad, telling Courtney that the teammates aren't sled dogs. Beth was one of the three people mentioned in Owen's first-ever Total Drama farewell speech; he yet imagines Beth as an ice cream cone during the speech. Owen, who really wanted a Gilded Chris, got three, one from Lindsay, Justin, as well as Beth.

In One Million Bucks, B.C., Beth isn't shown in many scenes, and she doesn't have many lines. Beth is shown to still think that Courtney is “bossy” and agreed with the other girls that they missed Owen, who was eliminated the previous episode. She also mentions her “boyfriend” towards the beginning of the episode. During the second part of the challenge, Beth won her duel against Heather because she grabbed a hold of Heather's bone and Heather said to let go (so she can stand up). In the confessional, she says that getting people hurt is what Total Drama Island/Action is about, so she drops the bone and Heather falls into the tar, giving the Grips their first point. The Grips also win this challenge, and a huge BBQ. But, their reward is lost when Chef carelessly toppled the BBQ into the tar pit.

In Million Dollar Babies, she reveals that she occasionally twirls items in her sleep like a baton when she realized she had done this with Courtney's personal digital assistant. During the boxing challenge, she picked up the PDA that Courtney dropped, but used it to communicate with her boyfriend because Courtney was distracted. However, on there, she discovered a video of Leshawna talking badly about everyone. She had a rough start in the badminton challenge, but won when Leshawna said her boyfriend did not exist. When Leshawna said that her boyfriend did not exist again, Beth showed the video on Courtney's PDA about what Leshawna said about everyone, causing everyone to become angry at Leshawna.

In Dial M for Merger, she and Lindsay have their first fight. Even though they're not Killer Grips anymore, they still go through the laser obstacle course together. Beth grows annoyed with Lindsay, as they are trapped between the lasers together asking, "What kind of BFF are you?” This is quickly resolved though, as Beth encourages Lindsay in the second challenge, even though Beth fails. She also accidentally gave Justin a black eye in this episode.

In Super Hero-ld, Beth creates a costume (which is really just some logs tied to her limbs and head) and takes on the identity of Lumber Woman, who can talk to plants. Chris easily dismisses her hero as lame, and it's made worse when Justin dons a similar costume as Timber Man. At elimination, Beth convinces the girls to vote off Duncan simply to get back at Courtney. Beth talks to Harold and gets his support in booting out Duncan. Harold accepts the offer, but is persuaded by Courtney to vote off Leshawna. As a result, Beth's vote off didn't work and Duncan was spared, while Leshawna was sent home.

In The Princess Pride, she works with Lindsay in Duncan's biggest burrito building contest. She was so excited about the fairytale theme that Chris threatens to boot her off the show if she ever revealed the theme before he did. She was annoyed that Chris would not allow her to try on the glass boot. In the blindfolded bridge challenge, Beth played an "Ugly Stepsister," but fell off the bridge and lost. Due to this, she was not able to compete for the rest of the challenges that day. For the rest of the episode, she thinks she has a concussion and sees a warped reality because of her falling off the bridge. During the Gilded Chris Awards, she uses one of the Princess Courtney dolls as a voodoo doll. Her voodoo plan backfires when Chris says that the Courtney dolls will become Beth dolls and Beth immediately asked Lindsay to take the pins off.

In Get a Clue, Beth began to betray Lindsay and utilize her friend's lack of intelligence against her. First, she tricked Lindsay into giving up her DNA. Then, she left Lindsay to go and help Harold and Courtney. At the end of the episode, Lindsay takes Duncan to the movies with her over Beth. Beth is mildly upset, but easily forgives Lindsay when she sees how upset Courtney is.

In Rock n' Rule, Beth fails all three challenges and does not win immunity. After the challenge, Beth and Lindsay try to form an alliance with Harold and Owen to get rid of Duncan. Harold agrees, but Owen wants to vote off Courtney despite her immunity. At the ceremony, Beth accidentally distracts Lindsay, which causes her to accidentally press her own button, and along with Duncan and Courtney's votes, she is eliminated. Beth blames herself for distracting her, but Lindsay says it wasn't her fault.

In Crouching Courtney, Hidden Owen, Courtney tries to persuade Beth into joining her alliance. At first, Courtney tries to be nice to Beth, but she eventually realizes what Courtney is trying to do. Soon she notices that Courtney will basically do anything for her to be in the alliance, so she begins to use Courtney in minor ways during the episode, for certain things such as calling Brady with Courtney's PDA, although it is unknown if this call was fake or not. At the end of the episode, she and Courtney become friends, making a new alliance.

In 2008: A Space Owen, she begins to believe Harold is crushing on her. She receives a Candy "promise" ring from Brady before getting launched into space. Her quick thinking when the window opened won her and Courtney the power to choose the order of the contestants on the next challenge. She turned on Courtney and won invincibility for herself by riding the Vomit Comet when Courtney told her not to. After the challenge, she gave up Brady for Harold. She broke up her alliance with Courtney. When Harold was voted off, she said she would wait for him.

In Top Dog, Beth picks the raccoon to train for the first part of the challenge. Though she thinks she failed, the raccoon actually winds up mimicking her and thus she wins the first part of the challenge. During the second part, she tries to use the raccoon to get back to set. The raccoon reveals that its kind has a whole lounge within a tree, to which Beth decides to stay for a meal and for some fun. Beth makes it back to set first and also has thirty minutes cut off for her win earlier. The other three take two days to get back, Beth waits with Chris for their arrival. After they arrive, Beth and Courtney discover that Owen is a traitor after he swipes Courtney's PDA. Beth votes for Courtney and Courtney is eliminated. Chris fires Owen and he is eliminated shortly after, thus Beth proceeds to the final two along with Duncan.

Beth admits that it was exciting and a little lonely being by herself in Mutiny on the Soundstage. She claims to miss even Heather. While being tied up with Duncan she says she likes everyone even though Duncan questions it. She tries to form an alliance with Duncan, but he does not agree. Beth reveals that she knows a lot about her fellow castmates, even things she should not know. She also reveals that she has a small dark side and she dislikes Courtney. Beth helps Duncan in the final leg so they can both tie for first place. With the audience shocked, Chris announces that the tie will be broken by audience vote.

Beth was slightly annoyed by the lack of a tie breaker in The Aftermath: IV. She went along with Harold's contortionist challenge even though it really did nothing since she tied with Duncan again. When Chris came back he showed everyone a clip that showed Beth's dark side. She ate a gift basket filled with cookies and did not share it with the other girls on the show. Beth lost in a three to four vote and Duncan was declared the winner. When she lost she was reunited with Brady and gave him a hug.

In Celebrity Manhunt's Total Drama Action Reunion Special, Beth and Lindsay are revealed to have gone to France. It is revealed that Beth was caught with her pants down on a ledge, being helped up by Lindsay. While at a museum, Lindsay accidentally ruins the Mona Lisa and they are arrested. Beth's parents managed to bail them out by selling their car. Later when the bus crashes Beth was one of the people who followed Geoff to find help (after she got sick). They eventually arrived at the Celebrity Manhunt's studio where it was revealed that Beth and the others will not be participating in Total Drama World Tour for not being rescued by Chris.

Total Drama World TourEdit

Although she wasn't seen in Walk Like An Egyptian - Part 1, she was mentioned by Heather when she talked about who should be with her in her alliance, and stated that since she wasn't there anymore, she would have to settle with someone else. She also makes a cameo appearance in Super Happy Crazy Fun Time Japan in the Japanese trailer for Total Drama Action.

In Aftermath: Bridgette Over Troubled Water, Beth appears in the Peanut Gallery, along with the others who did not qualify for Total Drama World Tour. She reminds Geoff about Bridgette cheating on him with Alejandro. She dances with Katie and Sadie when The Drama Brothers perform, and then later ends up fighting with them over the Drama Brothers. She then helps coax Bridgette out of the green room, who was nervous about the interview. She relays to Geoff and Blaineley that Bridgette will only come out if she can sing and on her terms. Beth is last seen in the green room, consoling the pole about Bridgette and Geoff getting back together, then beginning to flirt with it, asking if it's going to do anything later.

In Aftermath: Revenge of the Telethon, Beth, along with the rest of the Peanut Gallery, answered calls in an attempt to raise money for the show and get the plane some fuel, in order to get out of Jamaica. Beth has no lines in this episode. Later, when Blaineley releases the animals for DJ's segment, Beth and Eva get attacked by the alligator. At the end of the episode, when Izzy blows up the studio, Beth is seen hanging from the rafters.

Beth appears again in Aftermath Aftermayhem. She manages to catch a peanut jar with a pop-up Chris, along with Lindsay, Leshawna, Noah, and Tyler, which symbolizes an opportunity to be in Total Drama World Tour. During the board game, she rolls a six and manages to create a nice haiku about Heather, even though it took her a while to think of one. Next, she rolled another six and had to catch an intern dressed up as Jack the Ripper, which she also successfully completes. She makes it to the end of the board. When given the final question about the name of Duncan's band, Blaineley gets impatient and answers for her, meaning that Blaineley had to join the competition instead of Beth.

In Hawaiian Style, Beth inquires as to what happened to Blaineley, calling her "the mean blonde person." She also draws Bruno's attention twice in the episode. She is afraid the bear will eat her since he starts to lick his lips and began to pour salt on her. However, she is relieved that the bear chews on Blaineley like a chew toy instead. She joins team Cody along with almost everyone else.

Beth appears at the end of Planes, Trains, and Hot Air Mobiles, along with everyone else, but she has no lines.

Beth makes her final appearance of the season in Hawaiian Punch, still a part of Team Cody, though once Cody is eliminated, she reluctantly joins Team Heather. She has no lines in this episode and does not get picked to help in the challenge. She is last seen fleeing the island with everyone else and swimming away from the island when the volcano erupted.

Total Drama: Revenge of the IslandEdit

In Bigger! Badder! Brutal-er!, Beth appears on the yacht with the other veterans. She is admiring a shirtless Justin as he flexes his muscles, until a bird dropping lands on his shoulder, startling them both.

Beth's audition tape to join Total Drama Island shows her attempting to sing. She is very off-key and is cut off by her father yelling at her off-screen, but says that she will be famous one day. She then says they will see, and then smiles.

Camp TVEdit

Beth, as with the majority of the characters, was included in Camp TV and was featured in the promo, though she did not have any lines. In her original design, Beth was about Harold's height and thinner, and her bangs were also identical to Harold's.

When Beth had her braces, she often spat as she talked. As of Monster Cash, Beth has gotten her braces removed, so this no longer happens.
Beth managed to outlast the f o u r players that aligned with her throughout the series in Total Drama Action.

Beth wins her first invincibility solo challenge in 2008: A Space Owen.
Beth's counterpart of the final two from Total Drama Island is Owen, since they are both goofy and eccentric optimists facing tough, pessimistic opposites (Gwen and Duncan, respectively).
